| A potential site plan at Harmony Farms. The Southwest Citizen Planning Action
Community (SWCPAC) envisioned a Collins Town Center at Collins Rd. and I-295. The
Collins Town Center is an opportunity for urban / suburban redevelopment at an infill
location. The new interchange will create a new “Front Door” or “Window” to Southwest
Jacksonville and the Oakleaf, Argyle, and Orange Park neighborhoods. The Town Center
concept will create a sense of place by providing a mix of retail, office, restaurant, and
hotel uses.
